职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Closely work with Thermo corporate team to understand contract rate structure and details as well as maintain the rates into system in time manner.

Coordinate with dedicated forwarders to collect benchmark and well control spot rate to support team achieve yearly saving task.

Monthly collect and check forwarders' billing to ensure 100% accuracy and join in billing management system development


Internal communication with purchasing, CSR, commercial team, external with freight forwarders to ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are safely and on time delivered to customer;

Act as the main contact window between commercial and overseas suppliers, instructions and requirements delivering to freight forwarders, ensuring commercial Q-end shipping plans 100% fulfilled;

Daily operation problem solving in a quick manner, participate in vendor review meetings and action follow up;

Respond to consults/inquiries from internal and external customers;

Other tasks assigned by team leader.


Requirements:

3+ years experience from multi-national company in logistics role, solid knowledge on freight forwarding business;

Comfortable and effective communicating with internal and external contacts at various levels within the organization;

Actively participates in, proactively communicates to and engages in team functions, sharing credit for accomplishments;

Constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance and save cost by enhancing internal and external work flows;

Strong sense of compliance;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Good English speaking and writing skills;

Proficiency in Microsoft PPT and Excel;

Basic SAP system knowledge;

Drive improvements by using PPI principles in a metric driven environment;

Knowledge on import/export will be a plus. 举报 分享
