Responsibilities:
1.        CRM upgrading upon business development, communicate with vendor or internal customer accordingly.
2.        CRM training, including training plan, training material preparation, training follow-ups, equipment management, etc.
3.        CRM analysis report design upon business needs.
4.        CRM related tool "E-detailing" design and go live.

Requirements:
1.        Minimum with 3 years working experience, 2 years related with CRM is preferred.
2.        Pharmaceutical related company is preferred.
3.        Strong communication skill.
4.        Language skill and computer skill.
5.        College degree or above.
