Job Description
Agree, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets for both new and existing customers and be accountable for the overall team performance.
-Visit existing and new customers with a focus on retaining/expanding existing business relationships.
-Deliver CVP to existing customers to increase volume
-Understand customer needs, business operation, provide sound information and advice on products and services, and deliver out win-win solutions with customers.
-Motivate the team to exceed these targets e.g. through prospecting
-Be accountable for personal and team development and arrange
Requirements
-Bachelor and above degree
-5+ years sales experience in automotive aftermarket/ chemistry industry with proven success in developing profitable business
-Strong customer focus, at least 5 years of distributor channel management experience
-Familiar with customer business operation and meaning of financials data.
- Customer oriented, strong sense of responsibility and enthusiastic
-Strong interpersonal skills and able to build constructive relationship with customers and Distributors.
-Familiar with CRM tools.
