JOB MISSION:
Propose and define efficient Policy & Process of HR operation to meet business needs, especially for compensation & benefits function. Sharp-up HR service level & process excellence to support business development. Provide professional HR consultancy service to internal customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Compensation & benefits function related programs or processes management, including new employee on-boarding/separation assistance, labour contract management, personal file filing, and probation/promotion/internal transfer records.
2. In Charge of store employees’ monthly payroll, commission, all kinds of incentives calculation and ensure accuracy.
3. Prepare variant monthly HR reports and ensure accuracy.
4. Ensure internal C&B practices are aligned with government regulations, e.g. social securities & housing fund annual base review and adjustment.
5. Assists in annual merit increase, annual discretionary bonus, C&B data analysis & survey, etc.
6. Maintain and update employee information in HRIS system (not limited to SAP system), check and monitor all kinds of leave and overtime records of employees to be accurate.
7. Manage related the 3rd party HR vendor to improve service level, check all social insurances statement to ensure all mandatory expenses to be paid accurately, legally and on time.
8. Respond to staff enquiries related to compensation & benefits in a timely and professional manner.
9. Other duties assigned by the superior managers.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 4 years of C&B working experience, be familiar with payroll and HRIS, with a multi-national company background is preferred.
3. Fluent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
4. Proficiency in MS Windows applications.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Follow-up, detail-focus and result-driven.
2. Hands on and pro-active.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Well-organized and service oriented.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and high ownership.
