职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of Production cycle including sample approval, order placement, order follow up, product quality and on time delivery.
2. Manage the Process of On Time, Correct & Quality Samples in 3 stages (Initial samples, Approval Samples and Production Samples).
3. Set up, Maintain and Manage Work In Progress.
4. Maintain accurate specifications on "Soft spec".
5. Maintain sample request forms and quotation sheets.
6. Ensure consistency of data between internal systems.
7. Communicate with Key interfaces (Shipping, Vendors, Designers and Planners).
8. Liaising with the Designer to quantify and purchase ranges for the buy.
9. Work closely with the planning team to ensure that each season's collection has the correct requirements for key customers.
10. Negotiate best possible costs with factories, suppliers and agents in order to achieve gross profit targets.
11. Liaising with suppliers in terms of delivery follow up and general enquiries on all styles within the range.
12. Drive order placements to correspond with lead times in order for product to reach customers by the specified dates.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years experience in merchandising, preferable in Leather product.
2. Advance in MS software, especially in Excel.
3. Very good English (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening).
4. Fluent in Mandarin .
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
7. Stable at work.
