Regional Sales Supervisor

工作地点:北京,广州 (2个职位)
Report To: Senior Director of Sales – China
Location: Beijing/Guangzhou (Home Office)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Sales Target Achievement
? Develop the regional sales plan to meet the annual sales target for the region
? Set the monthly sales target and keep upgrading the targets according to the sales plan
? Achieve the sales target and sustaining sales growth by all kind of active sales activities
? Sales Channel Development
? Develop channel plan & priorities together with local distributors
? Support the local distributors to establish the retail sales channel including finding qualified sub-distributors and retail stores
? Support the local distributors to find qualified project distributors or partners
? Sales Channel Management
? Track the progress and results of retail channel including the performance of sub-distributors and retail stores
? Track the progress and results of projects in the region
? Visit the stores to make sure they are in good condition and they comply with company’s retail store image standard
? Keep good relations with distributors and keep encouraging them to be active in market development
? Sales Training
? Do regular sales training to local distributors
? Support the local distributors to do sales training to their sub-distributors and retailers
? Support to organize the local distributors to attend the training requested by the company
? Key Account Customers
? Approach and establish good relations with key national or regional developers and become strategic partners in the end
? Approach and establish good relations with national KCMs and sink manufacturers in the region
? Approach and establish good relations with appliance or building material chain stores
? New Sales Opportunities
? To constantly identify new sales opportunities with the region
? To identify new sales channels that can help to increase the sales
? Others
? To identify and recommend suitable trade shows, product promotion and other trade marketing activities to the company and support any marketing activities requested by the company
? Make sure distributors understand the policies from the company and make sure


JOB REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor Degree required
? At least four years of sales experience, sink, kitchen appliance, home appliance, kitchen cabinet industry preferred
? Result-oriented, self starter and driver, solution provider, attentive to detail and able to work with self discipline
? Excellent presentation skills and persuasive sales skills
? Strong capability of business plan and execution
? Track record of sales achievement especially sales to developers
? Experience of regional sales management preferred
? Must have good computer skill like MS office
? Can read and write in English, good oral English preferred
? Can travel frequently to visit customers
