职位描述

岗位概述:
1. 于港澳地区推广来实产品并管理当地代理商、经销商。
2. 为来实中国南区承担港澳及出口项目的销售业务。
职责义务:
1. 以信奉着公司的宪章来感染他人。
2. 负责完成被指派的销售目标及争取杰出的销售业绩,其中包括销售指标、息税前利润及付款条件谈判。
3. 为直属上级达成销售目标和“SMART”KPI
4. 持续开发销售渠道,拓展合作关系网和收集市场情报。
5. 承担国际项目的销售业务及与巩固与当地的销售合作。
6. 以与招待国外客户和英文企业推广的方式执行国际项目的直销活动。
7. 为巩固销售业绩管理代理商和经销商,为项目制定折扣等级。
8. 给代理商和经销商指派销售指标,并根据市场状况和上一年的业绩调节他们的年度定价。
9. 通过与代理商、经销商举行联合研讨会在港澳地区推广来实产品。
10. 为销售部负责个人年度“Big-Rock”项目与评审。

11. 每周、每月制作竞争对手分析报告。
12. 管理国际项目合同谈判过程。
13. 确保客户满意度。
14. 依照遵义准则执行管理活动。

Main Job Scope Summary:
1. Promote Company product Sales in Hong/Macau District, manage local agents/distributors
2. Support sales of MNC/Export projects in South China Region
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Live our bond and influence others by believing in it.
2. Responsible for assigned sales target and strive for great key sales performances, including sales budget, EBIT, payment terms.
3. Achieve sales target and “SMART” KPI for direct-reports
4. Continuously to develop key sales channels, expand cooperation network and gather market intelligence
5. Support MNC project sales and cooperate with local sales to secure sales.
6. Lead directs sales of MNC projects by hosting foreign customers and make company promotion presentation in English.
7. Manage agents/distributors to secure sales and determine discount level based on project
8. Assign and determine sales target for agents/distributors, adjust their listed price annually according to the market and last years performance
9. Hold joint seminars with agents/distributors to promote company product in HK/MC
10. Responsible for individual annual big-rock projects and big-rock review for sales dept
11. Generate weekly and monthly report and competitor analysis
12. Manage MNC contract negotiating process
13. Ensure customer satisfaction
14. Manage by the “Zunyi” guideline

Education:
University degree required
Major in Civil or others Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in sales

CET 8, fluent in English,experience of oversea working or living is preferable
