Job Description

Job Role:
? Be responsible for analyzing the market situation,customer behavior,developing and business strategy and execution plan,consolidate and execute the action plan
? Analyze and maintain the product portfolio to align with business strategy
? Develop customer relationship management system and build customer loyalty programs
? Develop marketing strategy and campaigns,cooperate with cross functional team to execute and track the campaigns

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above,with 1-2 MNC working experience in marketing role,product analyzer background will be better
? Pro-active thinking,self-learning and positive working attitude
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong research and analytical skills and comfort with CRM software
? In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts
? A willingness to listen with strong execution capacity
? Ability to think creatively and innovatively
? Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
? Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production,eCommerce etc.
