Job Summary:
The FP&A Manager ( Financial Planning and Analysis Manager) will lead the FP&A team for HVAC China Distribution supporting both Commercial HVAC and Unitary China to drive profitable and sustainable business growth and operation productivity improvement, maintaining healthy compliance environment and robust controllership rigor with business stream on commercial operations, leading key operational and financial planning and analysis activities, providing visibility and in-depth insight of business operations for business decision making.
 
Responsibilities:
? Play a key role of maintaining healthy compliance environment and robust controllership rigor for overall China operations
? Process establishment and optimization adapting to business environments variation
? Lead to support internal audit projects, internal control sessions implementations for China HQ
? Lead key operation and financial planning and analysis activities, providing visibility and in-depth insight of business operations for right decision making
? Lead LRP (Long Range Planning) process per guidance from API marketing and finance
? Lead China AOP process: bottoms up and top down to API and each business team at office level
? Lead China level rolling forecast by monthly and weekly
? Deliver management financial reports by months, from pricing to full P&L and OWC till office level
? Operation performance KPI tracking in terms of financials
? Support other ad hoc financial analysis projects: dealer rebate calculation, sales commission accrual ratios
? Lead closing process of China Distribution, and fulfill reporting requirement from Asia and other functions
 
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related discipline and 10 years of relevant experience required. MBA a plus. CPA must.
? Strong understanding of field sales office business, commercial operations and corporate processes
? Knowledge of Finance software configurations and systems integration details preferred
? Working knowledge of Six Sigma, 9 Step Problems Solving (A3) and Project Management Methodology preferred
? Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
? Must be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment required
? Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate and collaborate across the organization
? Demonstrated ability to cope with stress and maintain a professional and cooperative temperament
