Our local engineering team also supports key global programs for Airbus, Boeing, Dassault, Embraer, and Gulfstream.
AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) group is responsible for driving a culture of delivering quality and cost-competitive products by creating and enabling the operating system and integrating engineering design, business development, and supply chain strategies.
WHAT WE OFFER

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
? Design-to-cost compliance and metrics; lead development and control of program cost targets.
? Design for manufacturing and assembly for new designs
? Own the manufacturability readiness reviews for assigned programs
? Provide inputs to product line business analysis processes
? Drawing authority for manufacturability to ensure high production yield designs
? Provide technical or project support for production sites/suppliers
? Provide technical or project support for Value engineering projects
? Owner of schedule adherence for product design and development phases.
? Partnering with Engineering, Quality, Sourcing and the supply base to determine the lowest cost designs
? Hold regular meetings with cross functions and suppliers to review program status/issues: prepare agenda, provide translation, meeting minutes and ensure follow up of action plan.
? Prepare gap analysis and closure plan on key open issues.
? Contribute to local team technical experience and knowledge growth

YOU SHOULD HAVE/BE
? Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
? Manufacturing Process Engineering, or related work experience;
? 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, in a process or manufacturing engineer; knowledge of Aerospace industry is a considerable advantage
? Extensive experience of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, forging, and sheet metal forming.
? Knowledge of special processes such as welding, surface treatment, heat treatment, and physical / non-destructive inspection practices
? Solid understanding of manufacturing techniques and their impacts on costs
? Ability to evaluate engineering designs for producibility, cost, and quality.
? Team oriented performer with experience in supporting New Product Development (NPD) programs or value engineering projects
? Ability to communicate effectively across all organizations and levels, including ability to work in a highly matrixed global environment
? Strong project management experience; Self starter and effective planner to handle concurrent assignments and meet deadlines, while paying attention to details
? Strong technical documentation expertise
? Strong knowledge of PC Applications, including Excel, Access
? Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
? Fluent in written and spoken English

原材料有：高温合金，镁铝合金，不锈钢，铸件，锻件等等
产品类型：发动机部件为主，泵类阀类件为辅。也可是齿轮箱，轴类，基座等类的部件或单件。
