职位描述：
Purpose of position 职 位 定 义：
In charge of supplier sourcing of electronic components, price negotiation, and order follow up of initial serie.
Project sourcing of Localization Cluster

RESPONSIBILITY 职 位 描 述：
1.Soucing,audit the supplier of electronic components and establish the list of conform supplier.
2.Compare and analyse the supply condition and price, try to have the most favorable price and condition for company.
3.Project sourcing of Localization Cluster/Involved in offer, initiative and project development with project teams
4. Follow up DAC/order of preserie.
5.Draft up and sign supply contract and relevant agreement.
6.Develop and maintain Global Sourcing database for all purchased materials
7. Coordinates with cross-functional team in the selection of suppliers in the product development cycle
8. Analyzes industries, supply markets and Sourcing best practices
9. Responsible for sourcing data analysis and sourcing best practices
10. Maintains relationships with supplier
11.Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001,TS 16949 requirements
12.Complete work task delegated by higher leader.

Job Requirement岗位要求：
1.Bachelor or above, major in electronics or relevant ,familiar with specifications of electroninc components.
2.Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing Company in Purchasing 3.Familiar with purchasing procss
4.Familiar with supplier market and technologies relative to the managed business
5. Knowledg and skills about OHSAS 18001, ISO 16949, ISO 14001
6. Familiar with PC operation and Office Software operation
7. Professional behaviour, good communication and negotiation skill.
8. Good interpersonal skills , strong business sense and team player
