工作职责：
1. 负责电力设施设备的预防性维护保养，包括配电箱，空调系统，给排水系统，照明系统；
2. 负责客项目改造及装修工程的查验、交接、及遗留工程整改跟进等工作；
3. 负责专用消防，安防，弱电（含会议）系统的正常运行；
4. 协助设备供应商的定期维保及突发维修的工作安排；
5. 做好运行记录及维修记录，整理好相关的工程文档；
6. 其他工程主管安排的工作
岗位要求：
1. 3年以上相关物业维修或运行工作经验，有大型高端物业服务经验者优先考虑；
2. 持有电工上岗操作证，有制冷操作证者优先考虑；
3. 工作积极主动，具有良好的服务意识；
4. 良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力；
5. 能承受岗位上的工作压力
岗位设置：
3班倒，每天工作8小时，每周双休
