工作职责
Job Details
1、General
1)、Manage consultative sales engagements from start to finish,independently or as part of a team
2)、Consult with client to indentify and define client business need,determine a solution,and develop a proposal
3)、Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical development that affect target markets and service offerings
4)、Create/define strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve regional goals
5)、Proactively indentify,locate and qualify new business leads
6)、Establish and maintain industry contacts leading to specific business opportunities
7)、Create and pursue sales leads,including leveraging of other ISS region support resources as required
8)、Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner
9)、Own the sales/proposal process and any contact/correspondence with the client/prospect
10)、Responsible for RFP response process
11)、Successfully and professionally deliver presentation to client
12)、Maintain account and opportunity forecasting
13)、Generate business opportunities through professional,dedicated prospecting and cold calling
14)、Indentify potential partners and market segment
15)、To provide training and guidance to BD committee
16)、To lead the committee in the preparation of long range business development strategic
17)、To lead the committee members in the development and execution of sales promotion programs
18)、To maintain collaboration relation on behalf of ISS with client collaborators
19)、To be cognizant for the business extension by proactively discuss with site manager
20)、To ensure all working papers are in a suitable format and presented in the appropriate time frame
21)、Provision of high quality reputation to clients with ISS"s business objectives,policies,procedures and ethics
22)、To carry out any other assignments as directed by National Sales Director
23)、To establish and maintain good relations and effective communications with the customers,and develop strong relationship with all key personnel in clients organization
24)、To liaise with other service lines in China and other offices to support out business effort
25)、To establish and maintain good relations and effective communications with Operation Excellence Department

4)、Clear operation logic
2、Qualification
Bachelor Degree holder
3、Experiences
1)、At least 2 years experience in similar position
2)、Fresh graduate with both good English written and spoken skills would also be considered
