Job Title : (Senior) Payroll Specialist（ASC）
Department : HR
Job Location : Shanghai (延安中路1228号，静安嘉里中心三座)
Report to : HR ASC Manager


POSITION SUMMARY

Work with China Associate Service Centre（ASC）and HR team to provide payroll related service to the associates in China.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be responsible for China commercial payroll (incl. benefit) calculation in an accurate and timely way and provides monthly payroll report with accrual information to Finance based on SOP.
2. Be responsible for payroll related compliance according to local regulations as well as SOX requirement, conducts SOX testing upon schedule periodically to meet audit standard and drives continue improvement for payroll related processes and SOP.
3. Respond associates’ payroll / benefit related inquiry timely by HROne portal or call center and provides service to issue employment certificates (with salary information only) based on associates’ requirement and SOP.
4. Be responsible quarterly and yearly sales incentive calculation review of assigned BUs.
5. Supports other HR projects for payroll related information and any other work assigned by Manager.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Bachelor degree with at least 3 years’ experience in payroll related area.
2. Very sensitive with the number and good accuracy.
3. Good understanding and well-versed of Labour, social security and individual income regulations.
4. Strong analysis ability, great team work spirit, and well aware to protect confidential information
5. Strong time management skills and able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
6. Good command in written and spoken English
7. Experience in payroll outsource project is preferred. 举报 分享
