Job responsibilities:
Commercial Cycle Planning (Brand, Channel, S&OP & OCM linkage)
*Optimise the commercial cycle planning platform (process, tools and thinking model) to manage all A&P activations from planning to evaluation across China.
*Synergize commercial planning setup with all types of alignment and decision-making meeting (e.g. S&OP)
*Enhance the capability of the teams linkage to consumer, shopper and customer insights to drive the better quality and more effective execution
Point of Sales /Cooler Management
*As one of the biggest bucket of investment in Trade Marketing, there is a need to improve the way we approach POSMs and Coolers.
*Strategically drive all HQ and BUs to utilize POS in the right way – with focus in giving clarity to the planning, process and budget utilisation.
*Improve the management and develop the guideline for the usage of POS material.
Trade Promotion Management
*Cooperate with Finance team and Value Management team to optimise the trade promotion spending management process and across different BUs.
*Deliver the IT system, a set of multiple selling kits and management tools and reports.
Others
*Lead to communicate and coordinate with cross-functions (incl. Trade/Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply chain and Procurement team) to nail down the internal alignment and implementation process.
*Support line manager on other assigned projects and task
Competence Requirements
? Strong business acumen, strategic thinking ability and analytical skill.
? Self-starter with high ambition level and drive to over-deliver against set objectives.
? Action-oriented, persistent and capable of implementing change.
? Take responsibility and show leadership in fact-based strategies.
? Strong communication skills with convincing rationale rested on facts and communicate effectively in an international work environment with regional commercial team and local sales team and cross-functional team work in the Carlsberg China organization.
? Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
? Effective, positive and motivating leadership style with clear and measured way of building team capabilities.
? Positive attitude towards beer – able to travel to understand market needs & insights
Educational / minimum requirements:
Education: Minimum Degree holder
Language: Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Experience: Min 6 years' sales or marketing experience
