Responsibilities:
1. Document & review business/promotion process-large merchant, Channel, TeleSales;
2. Manage rep level policy training;
3. Develop and manage sales rules of engagement-within teams, between teams, with channel;
4. Manage ongoing sales rules of engagement monitoring and enforcement;
5. Responsible for modeling, tracking and reporting of weekly telesales bookings and large merchants' data impacting compensation;
6. Learn, support and troubleshoot various fulfillment tools including, Pandora/CorpApps, Kenan and SalesForce;
7. Represent Sales Operations and participate directly during product launches and systems/tools integrations in different capacities such as business requirement gathering.

Skills & Requirements:
1. Advanced technical skills in the following areas are required: Microsoft Excel and/or Access, financial reporting and PowerPoint;
2. Excellent data mining, modeling, and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel, Word and Access) Proficient manipulating and applying different database techniques such as applying filters, creating variables, randomizing, data clean up, and exporting/importing data from different systems;
3. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying these skills to systems and process issues;
4. Ability to deal with ambiguity, must be self directed and motivated;
5. Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
6. Good communications and relationship building skills along with the ability to work well cross-functionally and different;
7. Ability to identify process improvements, automation opportunities and to question the status quo when it does not make sense;
8. Minimum 3 years in sales operations, financial reporting or business analysis experience;
9. Bachelor or equivalent experience.
