职位描述：
The APAC Dangerous Goods Manager will work closely with PMT Transportation Regulatory Compliance personnel, SAP EHS IT resources, Product Stewardship team, and Supply Chain/logistic operations leaders. This team member will also work closely within the business teams to help develop & implement dangerous goods and emergency response processes and tools which ensure compliance with the regulations and Honeywell standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide DG guidance for all Honeywell PMT sites and businesses. Assist customers, carriers, forwarders, distribution centers, warehouses and suppliers with the same as pertains to Honeywell materials in transportation.
Assist in development of DG relevant management system processes for PMT
Understand DG regulations within China and other APAC countries. Inform others of requirements to drive compliance.
Act as regional contact person for DG authorities for permits/approvals and violations
Define the DG training needs and opportunities for APAC region
Act as liaison between businesses and logistics to bring DG related issues to forefront
Involvement in auditing warehouses for DG compliance within the region
Act as regional contact for transportation emergency response
o Establish APAC regional 3PL contractors for incident response
o Interact with authorities in case of emergencies and incidents (transportation emergency response)
Coach business and technical team members from other functions to improve their knowledge of dangerous goods compliance and transportation safety and usage of logistics carriers and resources.
Participate in cross-business, global PMT and cross-SBG logistics teams as an APAC representative.
Access SAP EHS and capably fill and change dangerous goods master data for AP region products
Maintain/fill the DG master for AP products as part of the Material Master workflow process for new material creation
Troubleshoot customer orders and deliveries when dangerous goods information is missing or denied.
As DG master, serve as additional PMT contact for DG related SAP problems/issues to ensure on time deliveries

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in scientific or technical discipline
5-10 years’ experience in dangerous goods safety, product stewardship or logistics operations
Current DG training in China, Japan, Korea, IATA, IMDG
Fulfill other country specific regulatory training as needed
Working knowledge of SAP and experience with EHS/DG preferred
Proven abilities in cross functional staff/site operations environments.
History of positive results with collaborative teams operating at multiple levels across an organization.

Additional Qualifications
Experience in Chemical Industry and with chemical manufacturing operations preferred.
Strong analytical and Microsoft Office skills.
Teamwork - ability to lead and participate in cross-functional and cross-business teams in a collaborative way and in a way that ensures that business needs are understood and met.
Effective communicator- demonstrated ability to train, educate, deliver presentations, and influence at all levels of the organization.
Gets results - can translate business requirements to system-based solutions and implement these to improve business performance.
