The Global Delivery Center (GDC) is an important strategic initiative for Deloitte China. The GDC will play a critical role in enhancing the delivery capability of Deloitte through centralization of delivery processes, and development of processes and scalable service offerings.

Job Description and Responsibility:

• 负责工资、个税及有关福利等核算

• 负责编制工资明细、汇总表等报告和银行付款文件

• 协助区域财务发放工资

• 负责准备员工个人所得税申报明细

• 负责员工工资账号信息的维护

• 负责管理各项福利费用计提与实际缴纳情况

• 根据核算要求编制薪酬有关的会计分录

• 协助员工查询薪酬情况

• 检查离职员工的薪酬相关未清项目

• 跟进薪酬有关个人款项的结清与清账工作

• 其他与薪酬有关的工作

Qualification:

Requirement:

• 大学本科、财经相关专业

• 有2年以上从事薪酬福利核算工作经验

• 熟练使用ERP薪酬模块,熟练使用SAP者优先

• 熟悉Excel应用

• 有会计证和会计工作背景者优先
