职位描述：
Responsibility:
? To provide services for NMR products and to carry out NMR system installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenances.
? To give support by telephone or E-Mail in case of technical question or problems
? To undertake any other duties related to product service, maintenance, and installation
? to provide information and reports to BBIO Service Management on a regular basis
? to create and complete service related documentation as required

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics or physics or similar fields. (Preferably with some experiences in analytical instrument industry)
? Familiar with analytical instrument industry and have certain working experience.(Important but not required).
? Good command of computer skills.Familiar with the Windows operating system as well as common office software.
? Team working spirit and effective communication. Able to work effectively and efficiently without supervision.
