职位描述：
Job Responsibilities ：
? Providing adhesive and tape solutions to customers according to their product designs, assisting in prototype and process development
? Industrial association attendance on behalf of 3M IATD to enhance 3M influence in served market.
? Lead and participate in new product field test and VOC analysis.
? Internal sales and marketing training and external distributor and business partners training on products and industry knowledge.
? Working closely with marketing, manufacturing and other relevant colleagues, communication and cooperation with foreign colleagues.
Qualifications：
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Physical Chemistry or other related fields
? Two years or more working experience of R&D, Technical Service or Manufacturing in industries such as chemical, materials, electronic assembly, etc.
? Good communication skill and complaint handling skill.
? Good project prioritization and time management skill.
? Good ownership /Team work and innovation.
? Willing and able to travel, as needed.
