职位描述：

• Work closely with Business and HR SSC on People selection. Clearly understand the requirements of candidate from the business needs, and ensure effective communication
• Collect training needs and implementation accordingly by working closely with business manager and training providers.
• Take the role of internal communication to make sure employees are aware of the update from company, such as employee engagement survey, town hall meeting organization, personnel announcements, bulletin board maintenance and so on.
• Support HR manager on people review, assist the actions on talent retention
• Follow up annual performance review and propose action plan based on individuals.
• Employee exit interview and analysis
• Provide professional suggestions or actions to line managers/supervisors, improving relations between managers and their subordinates. Handle employee relation cases.
• Work with SSC to make sure HR data’ accuracy and related HR process
• Work as training contact of SLIC and BU HRBP to ensure effective training deliveries
• Update related HR report timely
• Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

• Basic HR knowledge such as labor law, recruitment or training
• Organization skill for event & activity
• Data analysis skills
  2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience
• Bachelor degree
• 3~5 years’ working experience in related area
  3. Languages:
• Good level of oral English
• Good in English and Chinese writing
  4. Other Requirements:
• Microsoft Office
• Accountable and passionate
• Willing to learning
