Direct responsibility:
1. Driver of the root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for safety/quality issues identified in his/her area.
2. Owner of P-FMEA for workcenters in his/her production module. Responsible for keeping the P-FMEA up-to-date reflecting the current quality risks affecting the outputs of the manufacturing process.
3. Responsible for continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality management system, such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean methods, etc.
4. Interface with Engineering, Production and Lean to secure timely, efficient and effective problem solving.
5. Active support to Production (training, coaching, preparation of procedures etc.) to secure quality of LEGO Products.
6. Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
7. Communication (occasionally definition) of Quality standards to all stakeholders.
8. Execute RCCA analysis to respond to customer complaints.
9. Key player in the Novelty approval process in assigned area.
Indirect responsibility:
1. Support the Quality Auditors (training, procedures, coaching etc.) to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
2. Assist during internal IMS audits in his / her area, including closing out audit findings and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
3. Follow up on the timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions by SQM team and Internal claims team.
Qualifications:
1. At least 6 years industrial working experience, includes at least 3 years Engineer or Supervisor job position experience.
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Willing to travel, at least once per year for at least 1 week
4. IT: Intermediate computer skills
? Microsoft office
5. Technical Skills:
? Practice in active use of Lean/ Six Sigma / continuous improvement tools.
? Deep experience in ISO 9001
Good knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 18001
6. Both verbal and written English level should be advanced
