职位描述：
Essential Responsibilities:
主要职责：
1.Develop and optimize application workflow of MR, involving the interaction design of hardware (system cover, patient table, coil, accessories), UI of scan software and post-processing
开发和优化MR应用工作流程，包括硬件交互设计（系统外壳、病床、线圈、附件），扫描及后处理软件界面
2.Protocol development and optimization, product validation
开发及优化扫描协议，产品验证
3.System performance evaluation, image quality evaluation
协助系统测试：MR系统性能评估，图像质量评估
4.Support development of user manual and training material
协助开发产品用户手册及培训材料
5.Clinical trial support: prepare documents for IRB submission, onsite application support to collect images and managing clinical trial data, and finish clinical trial report together with hospital
支持临床试验：准备提交伦理委员会的文档，协助医生采集图像及管理临床试验数据，并最终完成临床试验报告
6.Support marketing team to prepare demo images
帮市场部准备展示图像
7.FOK and LCM onsite application support
售后场地的应用支持
 
Qualifications/Job Requirements:
录用条件和工作要求：
1.Bachelor's Degree or above, majored in Medical Imaging or Radiology preferred
医学影像或临床放射学专业本科及以上
2.Solid knowledge of MR imaging principle and application
有扎实的MR影像原理及应用知识
3.Experience in MR scanning or image diagnosis preferred
有MR扫描或诊断经验者优先
4.Interested in MR application and technique
对MR应用及技术有兴趣
5.Communication and presentation skills; Sense of responsibility, diligent and with high integrity, teamwork approach; Problem solving attitude and good time management skills
较强的沟通及表达能力，对工作认真负责，有良好的团队合作能力，乐于解决问题，时间管理能力强
6.English and computer skills
