? Positive attitude towards beer – able to travel to understand market needs & insights

Job responsibilities:

Commercial Cycle Planning (Brand, Channel, S&OP & OCM linkage)
? Build up the commercial planning process and tools to manage the all activations from planning to evaluation across China.
? Track and analyse the estimated and actual investment by activation by BU to drive the effectiveness.
? Work with Asia team, and set up the IT system to drive the efficiency during the commercial planning and management.
? Synergize commercial planning setup with Demand Planning, and provide the realistic inputs into S&OP process.
Point of Sales Management
? As one of the biggest bucket of investment in Trade Marketing, there is a need to improve the way we approach POSMs
? Strategically drive all HQs and BUs to utilize POS in the right way – with focus in giving clarity to the planning, process and budget utilisation.
? Improve the management and develop the guideline for the usage of POS material.
? Lead to communicate and coordinate with cross-functions (incl. Trade/Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply chain and Procurement team) to nail down the internal alignment and implementation process.
? Support line manager on other assigned projects and tasks.
