JOB MISSION:
Support HR department in setting in-company talent management strategy, optimizing functional process, ensure a strong talent pipeline is in place for the organization development in China and proper recruitment methodologies are being used. Also support HR department in harmonizing employee relationship, constructing corporate culture and realizing win-win situation of employees and company’s objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist HR department in formulating recruitment & retention strategy, monitor the proper implementation of the defined strategy.
2. Set and optimize related functional policies and process, ensure legal compliance in the recruitment process and employment of personnel.
3. Propose and develop proper recruitment methodologies and tools to specialize internal talent management system.
4. Maintain and improve all recruitment channels:
- on-line website: regular review the service results and negotiation with vendor when renew contract;
- off-line recruitment vendor management, yearly review performance of executive search firm together with HR Manager;
- monthly update of Internal Referral Program.
5. Direct and monitor the recruitment activities to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness of staff recruitment.
6. Drive internal process to integrate new employees into the organization smoothly.
7. Monitor the process of internal job redeployment and relocation to ensure compliance of the related HR policies.
8. Monitor manpower plan which is submitted by individual department and budgetted in HR Budget/forecast, plan and forecast the resources to meet the requirement.
9. Manage the Orientation Program for office staff who are below manager level.
10. Employee Relationship:
- help to build up a healthy communication environment between employees and their line managers, coordinate with employees and line managers for their relationships;
- provide rationalization proposal to line managers when necessary;
11. Act as a HRBP role to provide professional HR daily support to line managers.
12. Provide related recruitment reports and solutions which have significant impact on the business outcomes.
HR Reports:
- weekly recruitment tracking reports;
- monthly exit staff interview reports;
- monthly turnover analysis reports;
- monthly store staff productivity reports; etc.
13. Other tasks assigned by line manager or department head.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree with HR or Legal education background;
- A minimum of 5 years HR experiences in multi-national company, retail fashion or FMCG industries and large scale recruitment experience are preferred.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Effective listening & good interpersonal skills.

- Self-starter, team-work spirit.
- Attention to details.
