Pricing Analyst-PQNA（电气质量北亚事业部--定价专员）

Location: CN/Shanghai

Employment Term: Full Time

Pay: Salary commensurate with experience

Description:

1. Using analytical tools such as linear regression and clustering analysis, identify pricing opportunities and recommend pricing actions to the business units.

2. Develop working relationships with key business managers to support pricing initiatives and strategy implementation. Support for business managers may include (but are not limited to) the creation of customized reports, interpretation of standardized pricing metrics, and the analysis of market segments.

3. Create and recommend standardized pricing reports and metrics to track success. Reports should support decision making by the business units. These reports may include measures of price variance, negative margin products, dashboards, etc.

4. Support Pricing Manager in pricing projects, set up pricing system / tools in region, build standard pricing reports through a data warehouse (OBIEE).

5. Understand and support the implementation of value pricing practices in business units.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Finance

2. About 5 years work experience, 2~3 years in a technical, customer-facing or manufacturing environment is preferred.

3. Pricing experience is desired.

4. Knowledge and understanding in electrical industry is desired.

5. Strong analytical and process skills. Good communication & facilitation skills.

6. Proficient user of Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.

7. Can speak both Chinese Mandarin and English fluently.

8. Travel is 25%.
