Job Description:
The Headquarters of Eaton Power Distribution & Controls division, North Aisa business located in Shanghai has an opening for a Division OPEX Manager

.
Responsibilities:
A Lead Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of manufacturing operations and achieve operational excellence division-wide;
B Work with Plant Managers, Operations Managers, SCM Managers and other Operational Excellence personnel in the development of procedures to maximize output, maintain or improve quality, and reduce overall cost;
C Manage and lead a Distribution Center;
D Lead divisional demand planning process (SIOP) and translate into plant production planning. Gather, analyze and translate information from customers, channel partners, sales and product management to establish forecast in units for division;
E Lead the inventory level planning process for each plant, and performs required analytics; Set and monitor inventory and order management policies and key measurements;
F Identify and drive Continuous Improvement processes across the Operation: Eaton Business Excellence(EBE), Eaton Business System(EBS), Lean, Six Sigma, and Manufacturing Strategy;
G Lead and support the overall production line transfer to local manufacturing sites process;
H Responsible to maintain divisional key operation metrics (On time delivery, Inventory Days On Hand, Warranty PPM) in EPM in a timely manner and ensure data accuracy.
I Build organization capabilities to achieve supply chain operational excellence.



Job Requirements:

A 5-10 years' experience in operations; familiar with manufacturing processes and systems.

B Familiar with Lean System Methods, Tools and Assessments (ELS & PBA)

C Familiar with Six Sigma Method and Tools; Greenbelt certification is preferred.

D Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and relationships at multiple locations and leverage diversity;
E Ability to direct and lead cross-functional process improvement

F Strong analytic capabilities.

G Familiar with Cost savings system

H Capable and willing to lead changes
I Good Presentation, facilitation and Influencing Skills
J Proficient in English & Mandarin.
