职位描述：
Financial Reporting:
1. Lead month-end and year end closing activities, document retention and financial audit and report preparation.
2. Lead review process of periodic financial reports, monthly/quarterly closing schedule and financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Ensure compliance with standard reporting procedures and due dates
4. Coordinate monthly / quarterly reporting & disclosure requirements
5. Ensure that focus is on US GAAP accounting while maintaining compliance with local requirements
6. Provide support to the subsidiaries in terms of accounting, inventory & COGS, policies & procedures and financial information
7. Support updates to accounting, reporting & control processes based on business, accounting or tax changes
8. Provide support to GM financial & management teams as needed to address issues that impact accounting and financial reporting
9. Lead external auditing process by fully cooperation with KMPG for quarterly and annual auditing for both USA Gaap Report and China Statutory report.
Internal Controls and Compliance
1. Ensure compliance with Global policies and document procedures to address any specifics related to local regulations or the business requirement in the country where appropriate
2. Provide input to the Country/Regional Controller as new Global policies are being developed
3. Ensure that the control environment is maintained and/or enhanced as the business needs and process change
4. Lead/coordinate the implementation of controls as required by changes in business processes, audit reviews or SOX
5. Review business performance measures and policy implementation with focus on the key exposure of Cash, Accounts Receivable, Inventories, Accounts Payable, Trade Promotions and DME spending and accruals, and Returns, Discounts and Allowances.
6. Coordinate any in country audit requirements (internal audit, KPMG, CRA, customs, etc.)

Education: This position requires at minimum a university degree in Accounting and Finance related area.
Experience: 1. Minimum 8 years working experiences with relevant Finance / Accounting function in a sizable organization is required, and with solid achievement / performance in the capacity of key accounting / financial positions.
2. Having recognized professional certificate such as CIA or CISA. ACCA/CGA/CMA is a plus
3. ERP experience (SAP in particular) is a necessity.
