职位描述：
1. Execute overall strategies and the day-to-day work for company official websites, Tmall (Taobao) and social media.

2. Manage, communicate and coordinate all e-trade activities and handle communication with internal stakeholders, cross functional team, and external vendors and agencies.

3. Analyze report data and look for optimization opportunities to improve overall effectiveness and ROI in e-trade campaigns.

1. 根据整体战略规划落实公司官网，天猫旗舰店，微信服务号等相关日常工作。

2. 负责公司电商，官网，微信的所有运维工作，与公司各部门及第三方服务供应商进行沟通协调，并与其保持良好的合作关系。

3. 负责公司电商，官网，微信的相关数据整理分析并改善整体运营效能


1. More than 1 years’ experience with online/e-commerce in China ( TAOBAO, JD)
2. Be passionate about interior design and flooring products
3. Have proven project management/digital marketing skills
4. Be knowledgeable of technical and back-end operations ( Website CMS, Tmall Taobao, Wechat etc. )
5. Knowledge/experience of the China e-commerce competitive landscape
6. Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, able to work under pressure
7. Superior interpersonal skills, planning, and problem solving skills are required
8. Fluent in Read & Written English & Mandarin

1. 1年以上国内大型电商领域工作经验 (有天猫商城或京东商城经验者更佳)
2. 热衷于室内设计和地材产品
3. 具有项目管理或数字营销技能
4. 具有基本IT技能和后台运维经验，如 网站CMS后台管理，天猫淘宝后台管理，微信后台管理等
5. 熟悉国内各大电商平台的特点和运作
6. 有较强的抗压能力，主动积极，以结果为导向完成各项工作
7. 有较强的沟通，计划，解决问题的技能
