Job Description:
- Advice and support all HR-related issues (staffing, labor law and individual income tax , etc.)
- Control and organize of salary structures and salary processes
- Conduct the annual salary adjustment
- Implementation of annual quantitative and qualitative personnel planning (HR budget planning)
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment process
- Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
- Manage orientation program for new hires
- Efficient cooperation with temporary-employment-agencies
- Manage employee retention
- Set up and maintenance of the relevant recruiting regulations and process
- Interviews for 2nd management and key positions
- Conduct exit interviews as appropriate, and provide appropriate feedback to your business area.
- HR Administration (employment contracts, work references, database / filing)
- Compile and regular review with HR related legal templates (including labor contract, training agreement, Prohibition from Competition etc.)
- Development of concepts and solutions for all HR issues (e.g. Remuneration, Health Management, Hours of employment)
- Implementation of HR strategies and group concepts
- Ensure the formulation and implementation of long-term effective and future-oriented HR Policies
- Management & development of the local HR team(disciplinary)
- Organization & monitoring of all training and development measures
- Active support and advice in reorganization and change processes
- Managing and organizing /monitoring specific HR Development topics and processes (Talent Management, Employer Branding, HR Marketing, Performance Management, Change Management)
- Participation in international HR projects
Qualifications:
- Experienced HR Professional, holding a degree in Human resource management/ Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Generalist HR role, including 2 years’ experience of HR manager
- Excellent knowledge in all areas of HR Knowledge of legal context as well as local legislation relevant for HR (e.g. labour law, tax regulations, etc.)
- Confident in handling common IT applications such as MS Office, ideally also Oracle
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Results-oriented
- Fluent in English
