Key Duties

• Staff claim logbook maintenance (vendor & staff payment tracking);
• Cash advance application checking, SAP settlement & payout book cash voucher in SAP;
• Petty cash payment checking, SAP input & voucher printing, SAP settlement, voucher printing, cash payout (including petty cash replenishment for office);
• Staff claim checking, SAP input & voucher printing, SAP settlement, voucher printing, bank payment preparation, file scan for approval, process, final filing;
• Vendor payment checking, SAP input & voucher printing, VAT invoice verification/recording& vendor logbook, payment reminder, original invoice follow-up & filing, SAP settlement, voucher printing, bank payment preparation (invoice copy), file scan for approval, process, FX clearance, aging report, final filing;
• VAT, Business Tax, River Management Fee monthly SAP booking & provision clearing;
• Draft/match HBHK invoice according to Performa invoice under shipment (construction, marketing);
• Loan withholding tax payment, loan interest SAP settlement, FX payment application & bank payment;
• Cash outflow planning (AP);
• Vendor statement checking, reconciliation, SAP clearance & open item report;
• AP Manual Maintenance;
• FA Manual Maintenance;
• Registrate delay payment for SAFE if over limit;
• SAP vendor/customer & bank payee list maintenance.

Essential Requirement

• Prefer 2+ years experience in AP area with overall 3+ years experience in finance/accounting area;
• Familiar with Chinese Accounting & Tax requirements;
• Experience and knowledge of SAP is preferred;
• Fluent in communicating in English both verbally and in writing;
• Professional attitude and commitment to see tasks to culminations;
• Be able to multitask in a very hands-on environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Trustworthy, honest, reliable and responsible, strong self-motivation and energy
• Strong Excel skills and computer skills.
