职位描述
Key Duties
-To Implement company's recruitment plan, conducts interviews and tests for required positions to choose and recruit good quality employees
-Process recruitment - ad posting, liaison with employment agency and conduct selection interview
-Analyzes the reasons of employee's dismissal, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover through exit interview reports and provide appropriate suggestion for human resources management of the company
-Conducts market research to know about the approaches of attracting, using, retaining and educating talents by the firms within the same industry. Provides related information to help company's leaders to design and adjust the strategies of human resources
-Develop fiscal year hiring projections and corresponding recruitment operating budget. Ensure operations are managed within established guidelines.
-Conduct performance management process, performance improvement plans, job elimination and terminations, in order to insure consistency and competence.
-Interacts with external consultants and government agencies
-Process visa application and work permit if necessary
-Execute SAP HR administration
-Conduct staff orientation and exit interview
-Process end probation evaluation and annual performance appraisal
-Prepare HR correspondence and employment contract
-Keep good records of Personal File and HR information
-Review and update Staff Handbook and Policy from time to time
-To assist in HR planning and budgeting
-Manages and coaches the staffs in the staffing function, help team staff improve skills and knowledge
-To do ad-hoc project assigned by HR Manager
Essential Requirement
-University graduate in HR Management or related disciplines
-5 years related experience and preferably in multinational company
-Well versed in PRC Labor Law and Ordinance
-Good command of English both in written and spoken
-Proficiency in MS applications
Desirable
-Previous experience in retail industry
-Independent and mature
-Willing to work under high pressure
