Desired Skills and Experience
Responsibilities:
● Manage the day-to-day deliverables of the 3D team, defining tasks, monitoring progress, and reviewing artwork.
● 对公司3D团队进行日常的工作安排,监控进度,以及质量检查
● Quality control external vendor artwork
● 对外包进行质量检查
● Create and evaluate 3d art assets from initial hand-off to final delivery and lead art team through projects by following guides, specifications and standards as established by the Client.
● 在项目初期独立评估客户项目的用时和交期,制作高质量范例,项目规范并且和团队沟通交流以确保批量的质量统一
● Coordinate with Production Managers to assure art assets are on budget and on schedule
● 和项目经理协作确保预算和交期
● Engage in providing estimates to determine scope of work for incoming projects
● 参与项目的预估
● Show efficiency in self managing time with a high degree of accountability and minimal instruction
● 能独立完成客户提出的各种问题,并带领团队在规定时间内制作出符合要求的作品
Qualifications:
● AT least 6 years of relevant games industry experience: Mobile and Console preferred. 至少六年或以上的游戏行业经验,必须参与至少一款手游以及一款AAA游戏的团队制作。
● Must have good understanding of modeling, texturing, rendering, (animation, rigging a plus) using current industry software: Maya, 3d Max, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter,
● 必须具有建模,贴图,以及渲染技能。必须熟练运用Maya,3D Max,Zbrush,Photoshop,Substance Painter
● Experienced with the current industry’s techniques, processes and making assets for modern game engines (Unity and Unreal Engine)
● 必须具有Unity以及虚幻引擎相关经验
● Excellent communication skills as a leader and collaborator
● 必须具有优秀的沟通合作能力
● Portfolio demonstrating excellent quality art with the sense of composition, color, value, form and classical art training
● 作品集中需要展示基础美术功。要求对构图,颜色,明暗和传统艺术都有较好的审美
● Capable of adapting to a variety of artistic styles as required by each project
● 需要兼容具备多种艺术风格的创作能力
● Ability to review teams and vendors artwork for quality and to ensure it meets all visual standards and technical requirements
● 需要有检查内部团队和外包团队提交的艺术及技术质量的能力。
● Must be able to take direction and constructive feedback on artwork
● 必须具有提供准确的艺术方向和有助于提高质量的反馈能力
● Work in an environment that moves quickly, iterates rapidly
● 能适应高强度的工作环境
Nice to Have:
如有以下经验者,则优先录用
● Strong 2D concept/illustration skill supplementing a 3D portfolio will be given priority
● 如有2D概念设计以及插画功底者
● 如有动画,绑定技能。
● Experience with physically based rendering
● PBR渲染经验
● Experience with export and integration of art assets in engines
● 引擎的导入导出文件以及整理经验
● Experience with Quixel, Marmoset or 3D Coat
有Quixel, Marmoset or 3D Coat软件使用经验者
● Familiarity with MS Office or other management software
熟练使用OFFICE等软件
● Ability to speak English
有英语沟通能力者(公司有专门的翻译部门,如果自身会英语者更佳)
