职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
? Provide technical support services of networking and IT systems to offices and retail shops
? Implement networking and IT system projects
? Oversee the health of systems infrastructure
? Supervise a small team to provide quality services
  
Requirements
? At least 5 years’ solid experience in operating helpdesk process and providing technical support services with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
? In depth knowledge of routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless networking
? Solid experience on administration of MS AD, MS Servers, Office 365
? Professional certification in Cisco, VMware and Microsoft will be advantageous
? High Diploma or above in IT related subjects
? Willingness to stand by to provide support
? Good spoken and written skills in English and Chinese
? Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers and vendors
