JOB MISSION:
To provide all marketing and clerical support to marketing team to ensure all marketing campaign, activities, projects can be implemented in an effective way.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lightbox
- To prepare the seasonal light-boxes proposal according to corporate guideline
- To coordinate production, delivery and installation of lightbox for shops
2. Event Coordination and Clerical Support
- To coordinate event administrative issues between shops and office
- To assist marketing manager in event implementation and proposal/report preparation
- To provide day-to-day administrative support to the department
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Data mining for monthly CRM report
- VIP birthday letter and gift arrangement
4. Retail Marketing
- To utilise the resources of shopping malls to get more brand/product exposure by liaising closely with shopping malls
- To deal with the requests raised by shopping mall to cater the needs of shopping malls.
5. POS Arrangement
- Catalogue/leaflet ordering, allocation and deliver arrangement to the shops
- In store POP development and production
6. Others
- Monthly snapshot report
- Vendors payment arrangement
- Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, capacity in a related business or brand. International luxury brand experience will be a plus.
2. Familiarity with various types of marketing works, also have successful experience in promoting market activities.
3. Fluent in English both oral and written.
4. Good analytical & computer skills (MS Office) required.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Strong ownership & passion for the brand.
2. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
3. Team-worker, committed, passionate, can work under pressure
