职位描述：

This position is for general HR role, mainly focus on Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition to provide timely and high quality service and support to Operations.

1. Total Rewards

1) Optimize, update and develop Total Rewards Strategy, Policy and Procedures to ensure internal and external equity.

2) Check Monthly payroll, social insurance, etc. to ensure accuracy

3) C&B data accuracy and analysis to best direct Operations decisions.

4) Standardize regional C&B practice and guidelines (Merit increase, Bonus, Salary Structure, etc.) and make sure alignment of 7 plants in Shanghai Region.

5) Responsible for Position Management to make sure internal positions are mapped and maintained per Global standard

2. Talent Acquisition

1) Responsible for ER Management and headcount planning

2) Develop and maintain recruiting channels for efficient talent supply (both salaried & hourly open positions)

3) Support with the job description create, update and maintain

4) Responsible for key positions recruitment

3. Others

1) Be involved in plant HR programs

2) Assist in daily operational matters as per request

QUALIFICATIONS:

1 Bachelor degree with at least 5 years’ HR experience and skilled in C&B analysis

2. Good communication skills & interpersonal relationship

3. Strong team work spirit; detail oriented

4. Self-motivated, high responsible and diligent attitude

5. Able to communicate in English, both in written & orally

Additionally equity Share: TEN--55%, STEC---45%. The company locates in Anting International Automotive Town and is close to Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Company. The company is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of emission control system including manifold, catalytic converter, muffler and diesel after-treatment system. The company has approximately 800 employees serving the customers in the east China including Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai General Motors, SAIC Motor, Chery and etc.
