Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organisation on a par with many of our external clients.

Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.


Job description:

· Lead a team on the development and delivery of our value propositions for Financial Services (“FS”) group.
· Develop and drive the firmwide marketing strategy specifically for FS with alignment across the three sectors, namely asset management, banking and insurance, in order to achieve number one market profile in China
· Work closely with the relevant partners to drive the development of the FS brand and market awareness.
· Identify opportunities to bring our industry and service offerings to the FS priority accounts. Conduct market and competitive analysis and turn insights into action plans
· Oversee execution of marketing strategy with proper process to track and measure success across China.
· Provide strategic direction on FS thought leadership (“TL”) and work with FS TL team closely on content creation for various channels including online, etc.
· Provide support on FS proposals


Requirement:

· A university degree in a related field plus at least 10 years’ experience, including 5 years in a management position, preferably gained in a professional services firm or the financial sector.
· Understanding of the Chinese business environment is critical with experience working overseas an advantage.
· Experience in managing people from diverse cultures and resources.
· Knowledge in marketing, developing strategic business plans and undertaking business needs assessments.
· Experience in project managing a variety of brand focused events with budget controls.
· A good understanding of regulated businesses - equity capital markets, alternative investments, banking, etc.
· Ability to develop, maintain and manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders at senior levels.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment to drive marketing and brand communications initiatives
· Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
· Result-oriented with intellectual curiosity and positive thinking.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Capable of maintaining good relationships with multiple stakeholders and bringing teams together.
