POSITION SUMMARY 职位概要

WWPS-IT Account Service Analyst is responsible for effectively providing IT assets (laptops, RAS tokens etc.) & application account creation, deactivation, reactivation, and extension for Worldwide Pharmaceutical Sciences (WWPS) External Resources of Global Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (GCMC), and Global Clinical Supply (GCS) in USA, Europe and Asia. And also be responsible for asset provisioning, access requests, tracking and troubleshooting in conjunction with local and global, internal and external IT partners. WWPS-IT Account Service Analyst shall demonstrate continuous improvement in provisioning IT account services to WWPS GCMC and GCS business lines and work closely with the business lines to identify opportunities for innovation and increased productivity.

KEY RESULT AREAS
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? GIDM Actions: Pfizer Global Identity Management (GIDM) account creation/re-enablement (onboarding), management, and de-activations (off-boarding within 24 hours of notification)
? Account Creation: AD account/E-mail account creation or re-enablement
? Asset Provisioning and Retrieval: Laptops/Tokens/GRIP/Liaison to other sites for provisioning and retrieval of assets
? Access requests to Pfizer systems through helpdesk tickets and rapid access requests, including, but not limited to:
o GDMS
o Active Directory and Citrix user groups
o SharePoint sites
o Power 2 Learn
? Maintain external vendor distribution lists and send communications as appropriate. Maintain and track status of accounts, laptop requests, system access, and training completion for external resources.
? SharePoint maintenance activities, including generating new folders, removing inactive suppliers or inactive key contacts and general site housekeeping. Troubleshooting support for vendor
o VPN/PartnerConnect set-ups
o PC/token issues
o Access problems
o Aid with vendor IT issue troubleshooting
? Partner and coordinate with other Asia Research colleagues with similar responsibilities to ensure sufficient business continuity of external resource coordination workflow
? Contribute to problem solve and engage in continuous improvement efforts for external resource on-boarding / off-boarding for partnership for vendors across PharmSci.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS必备考虑的要求

Education 学历要求
? Associates or Bachelor degree at a minimum 专科/大学本科以上学历
? Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoints

? Solid understanding of computers, systems, account establishment, hardware
? Previous experience working with IT helpdesks and coordinating large projects with lots of little pieces


Working Experiences 工作经验要求
? At least 2 years experience of working in an IT support or customer facing role environment 2年以上技术支持 / 面向客户服务工作经验.
? Desired one year multinational company working experiences 一年外企工作经历.
? Experience of working in an IT Support and Services role. 具备信息技术支持和服务相关工作经验
? Knowledge of laptop / desktop configurations, and system software installation and configuration 熟悉手提电脑/台式电脑的系统配置安装,及系统软件的安装与配置。

On October 31, 2005, Pfizer announced the official opening of China Research and Development Center (CRDC) in Shanghai. Pfizer Global Research and Development’s Center is mainly engaged in drug development activities. Much of the facility's capacity is devoted to the study design, data management and statistical analysis of global phase I-IV clinical trials, as well as the clinical study report process. In addition, CRDC is a part of Pfizer global Safety and Risk Management and covers the functions of safety data processing and assessment. The center also trains Pfizer employees in China and throughout the Asia region in internationally recognized Good Clinical Practice standards.
