JOB PURPOSE:
Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) provides a better understanding of what information our customers want and how they would like to receive it. It enables us to generate insights on messaging and content. Thus we can develop more effective and better targeted marketing content. With the launch of Centrix, introduction of digital channels that have/will broaden and deepen our customer engagement/ touch points. CLM can be used to integrate across all these channels.
“Un-orchestrated” planning and activities across the communication mix can be ineffective and potentially detrimental to a brand. We need to develop a Campaign Management platform that can better “Orchestrate” customer engagement. Campaign Management aims to improve the coordination across sales, marketing and information technology to drive improved call planning, and more meaningful messages and delivered them through the best suitable channels. Campaign Management will be built upon solid data management and analytics foundation.
This role will be engaged in the effort of Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) and Content management working closely with BU marketing teams. He/She will also be engaged in Campaign Management platform development for cross BUs/Brands working closely with Customer Innovation team, ITS and BUs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) and Content Management: Support Marketing/Sales/Medical team to improve customer engagement with improved quality content:
§ Provide eDA/content development governance and consultation - process, standardization and capability building
§ Work with SFE and BU to ensure key brands have clear and meaningful customer segmentation.
§ Working with SFE to ensure segmentation is conducted by SF, pushing for CLM adoption by BU in collaboration with SFE team
§ Improve eDA utilization and effectiveness.
§ Develop and manage CLM analytics dashboard and reporting;
2. Campaign Management: Engage in the development of Campaign Management Platform cross BUs/Brands that provide business with real time and integrated campaign mix management:
§ Manage data-integration task as the business PMO to ensure customer engagement information from multi-channels are well captured and integrated;
§ Work with Customer Innovation team to ensure KPIs and dashboards are meeting business objectives and delivered in the right format;
§ Work with leading campaign management agencies to develop campaign management modules for big data analysis and provide “suggestions” for sales force and marketing to better plan their next stage of customer engagement;
§ Leverage both internal Sanofi COE sources/global best practices and external best practices.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Marketing, Medical or Science related bachelor degree or above.
MBA preferred.
Consulting experience strongly preferred
Experience & knowledge:
§ Good understanding of pharmaceutical CRM practice on mobile platform.
§ Good understanding of how to manage and translate Data into business intelligence that can better serve business operation.
§ Good marketing/and or sales operation experience in pharmaceutical industry.
§ Good understanding of Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) and its application in marketing content generation.
§ Experiences in project management a plus
§ Experience of working with third-party service providers.
