Summary of Client 公司简介:
Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world. The main products are film capacitors, power factor correction capacitors, leaded resistors, energy resistors, strap and block resistors, ICL sensors and NTC sensors.
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: R&D Manager
Subordinate: None
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Be responsible for back end material and new process development independently.
2. Be responsible for basic research on back-end material independently.
3. Coordinate material / new process introduction to mass production (NPI).
4. Be responsible for customized product (material relevant) development.
5. Be responsible for release of alternative raw materials.
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Master is preferred.
2. Materials (inorganic or metal) or Chemistry related specialty will be preferred.
3. 3 year relevant industry working experience.
4. Has experience in material development or material research.
5. Has knowledge background in ceramic components/material.
6. Be familiar with material analysis methods, like SEM, ESD, XRD, DTA/TGA, BET, PSD, etc.
7. Good English skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Strong project management skills and presentation skills.
10. Strong analysis, judgment, summary and report skills and be able to work systematically.
