职位描述：
Responsibility：
? Management of Head Office and statutory reporting for both Chinese entities. Liaising with Financial operations team to ensure that Year end and month end activities managed to deadlines.

? Conduct strategic and financial planning activities; including management reporting to all relevant stakeholders, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning

? Provides input for the continuous evaluation of short and long term strategic financial objectives

? Ensure credibility of Finance function by overseeing and providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, reports and forecasts. In addition to providing clear insight into China’s financial condition

? Advise on the financial implications of management decisions

? Ensure that the profits of the organisation are protected through the execution of effective financial controls, budgetary controls and expenditure procedures

? Maintain, control and monitor the financial systems and governance frameworks, practices, procedures and processes

? Provide advice on process improvement inititatives across the organisation for Finance

? Work as an effective business partner, including contributing to sub commitees, ensuring the direction and performance of the business is aligned with corporate objectives and business plans while adhering to internal and external regulatory standards

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Finance with 8 years experience
? CPA/ACCA preferred
? Minimum 5-8 years Financial Experience
? Fluent in English
