A leading global construction consultancy provides managed solutions for clients investing in infrastructure, property and construction.

工作职责:

· 理解和参与所有工料测量服务的涵盖范围（包括估算、保险意见、招标文件、合同条款编写、评标分析、变更计算、财务报告、进度款审核、结算、索赔处理）

· 配合团队参与大型项目，和/或独立完成小型项目

· 能提供专业方法和方案解决客户、施工单位或同事提出的问题

· 代表公司出席项目会议

· 保证自身与下属组员的时间和成果质量

· 能与客户、顾问单位和施工单位有良好配合协调能力

· 与施工单位就变更计算进行谈判

职位要求：

· 有关造价方面的本科或专科学历

· 6年或以上，有顾问行业的合同前期和后期经验

· 认识不同采购策略与合同版本策略（尤其JCT、FIDIC和国内标准版本）

· 扎实的土建或机电算量技能/清单编写

· 扎实的变更审核、估算、成本分析及中期付款审核

· 扎实的评标分析能力，能发现隐藏风险和提供解决意见

· 有良好的时间计划、工作组织能力

· 良好沟通和表达水平

· 良好商务和报告写作水平
