职位描述：
岗位职责:

To work with outlet owners/operators professionally on agreement of locations, layouts, size, etc. for displays and/or merchandising and /or promotion program execution following up.
To ensure that the required merchandising materials/POSM are delivered to the outlets at the agreed dateline timeframe with quality execution.
To assist regional TM manager to coordinate brand activations with all sales teams in East region, including providing constructive feedback to Trade Marketing Channel team or brand teams, aligning target setting with sales teams, and helping to track activation actual performance.
To assist regional TM manager to manage the promoter team, and monitor 3rd party PG agency to ensure effective daily PG management
To check the monthly salary of PG and support department head to conduct annual PG salary structure review
To ensure PG deployment criteria is strictly followed in all channels in East region
To support on Ad hoc projects

任职资格:

University graduate in Business/Marketing or related disciplines
2 to 3 years commercial background
Supervisory and management experience with multinational FMCG companies or in the Advertising industry
Good understanding of marketing
Full understanding of POS opportunities, maximizing shelf space and visibility opportunities
Cost assessment : Opportunities vs. Costs
Good negotiation skills
Good planning skill
Good communication skills
Well organized
Good “eyes”
Commercial awareness
Ability to influence and convince
