职位描述：
A. Summary of the role职位设置目的
Primary Responsible is to improve the Machine Cycle Life time with Reliable Maintenance and improve the technician’s skill. Machine Availability for Production and Support the He Has general supervisory responsibility over a group of employees in a skilled area of work involving repair, maintenance and construction activities, with immediate responsibility over supervisory subordinates. Work includes the coordination of a number of operations involving the ability to make decisions within the limits of general practices, policies and procedures. Work is performed under general supervision while exercising a high level of independent judgment.

B. Detailed Roles and Responsibilities 详细岗位职责
? Leads maintenance organization development strategies, both personnel and department integration;
? Manage the maintenance resources plan to support production operation plan;
? Leads the safety and housekeeping efforts of the maintenance department;
? Leads the developing of detailed equipment master files, preventive maintenance plan, daily patrol plan, and maintenance SOP for all equipment of supply chain buildings, including existing equipment and new constructed process equipment, and regularly get them updated timely;
? Lead and Implement of MPS PM Pillar activities and launch improvement teams to eliminate losses in Breakdowns, Speed Loss, Spares Parts, Unplanned downtime, PM completion rate, PM Audit rate;
? Set up maintenance performance evaluation system, manage and control the maintenance execution quality of all preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and equipment patrol to make sure all production equipment well maintained and under high reliable and stable;
? Leads the developing of equipment spare part plan including the inventory and sourcing plan, manage and control the spare part quality, make sure all equipment well spare part managed;
? Provide professional solution for production operation requests of process change, new process equipment or process expansion, strictly following management of change process, leads to update the drawings/documentations related to process changes with documentation controller;
? Guide and provide professional technical support to maintenance technicians for daily preventive maintenance /troubleshooting/ repairing, manage and control the production down time by equipment failure, leads the root cause analysis, and organize regular on the job training about equipment failure mode to develop maintenance team’s troubleshooting capability;
? Support to engineering team for new processes design, construction, commissioning, & start-up, and cooperate the hand-over training to maintenance team, and further PM plan, maintenance SOP and spare parts plan;
? Maintenance cost control including external maintenance service cost and spare part cost;
? Conduct regular communication meeting between maintenance and production team to update the status of PM activity and work orders;
? Provide monthly maintenance report;
? Support AM Team capability and standard building;
? Metrological management ;
? Cost saving project achieve plant KPI;
? Quality system standards implementation as ISO9000, ISO 14000.
C. Educational qualifications教育背景要求

 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university of the relevant majority.

D. Experience工作经验要求
(Relevant, total number of years, describing the type of experience required)

? Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial environment;
? At least 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair work;
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management position;
? Good English communication and writing abilities;
? Familiar with computer operations;
? Conscientious, Teamwork spirit, Initiative, Concern of quality and order, Customer service oriented.
