职位描述：
Training Needs Analysis and Plan
- Participate in annual training need analysis
- Make 1 year training catalogue for nomination
- Make 1 year training calendar based on nomination
- Reserve training rooms for all planned trainings
- Send training invitation to all participants at the beginning of the year
Learning Operation Management
- Pre communicate with trainer for content preparation and logistics
- Send training reminder to HP, and confirm final participants
- Prepare all logistics: participant workbook, handouts, name tent, sign-in sheet, evaluation form, etc.
- On-site support and management: on-site support trainer, evaluate the trainer and participants, order lunch, etc.
- Post training report: complete attendance, evaluation, finance in monthly report, and send course report to participants, line manager and BP
- Review and update monthly training report to make sure data accuracy
Learning Center Administration
- Reserve meeting room and understand client's request
- Coordinate with A Yi to set up learning center per request, including room lay-out, projector, microphone, flipchart, marker, coffee break etc.
- Well maintain facility to make sure equipment/network/stationary etc. workable and sufficient
- Well manage sufficient food stock including candy, coffee, tea, finger food etc.
- Coordinate with A Yi to clean up meeting room per request
Finance Management
- Sign internal trainer agreement with internal trainers
- Complete vendor creation for new vendor in SAP
- Complete PR/PO/GR in SAP system
- Issue payment to vendor
- Issue allowance payment to internal trainers
- Complete internal charge-in and charge-out
- Sign internal service agreement with global
- Clean up CC804022 and update with OD&L team
- Update internal trainer and vendor pool
Others
- Assist ODL program per request (FLDP, TE TED, Course Evaluation by BP, etc.) 举报 分享
