Job Description:
Key account Responsibility:
1. Customer Contact Management
? Establish clear, transparent key contact to the customer (Customer org structure with key contacts by function & role)
? Establish personal close contact to the customer‘s key supplier manager
? Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships (customer contact/customer relationship management)
2. Business Ownership & Management
? Development of a business and sales strategy aligned with the customer‘s needs.
? Pooling of relevant information, important for the business and the business development with the Key Account customer as well as their communication within Rittal
? Securing and expansion of sales and contribution margin with Key Accounts
? Analysis of the performance indicators about the Key Account
? Consulting of the management related to marketing tasks (creation of reports and decision papers)
3. Team Management
? Heading of a mostly ?virtual“ Key Account team (sales, logistics, marketing, system engineers, …)
? Build up REMT IT OEM Team in line with business growth
4. Business Operations
? Preparing of quotes and/or implementation of projects at the customer
? Submission of tenders and order acceptance
? Negotiations of prices and terms
? Contract management
5. Budgeting and Forecasting
? Creation and preparation of annual and account business and budget plans (turnover/quantities)
? Acquisition (i. a. portfolio analyses -> turnover, contribution margin, competitive situation, customer appeal)
Business Development Tasks:
New Business Development
? Acquisition and development of new OEM customers based on
- Conducting market analyses and grasping market opportunities
- Opening up of new business areas / emerging markets / products
- Business analyses of customers
- Assessment of sales markets and analysis of competitors (initial approach for future and follow-up businesses as well as creation of business plans and drafting of concrete/specific business models
? Identification and exploitation of potentials regarding new and existing customers
? Monitoring of business models for cost-effectiveness and feasibility
Qualifications:
1. Major in Engineering, bachelor degree or above;
2. Over 8 years working experience;
3. Experience and expertise in industrial technology/ IT business, especially data center;
4. Good key account management experience and project management skill;
5. Native Chinese with fluent Mandarin/ English knowledge spoken/ written;
6. Strong communication skill; a good team player.
