Summary
This position is responsible for the proper calculation and reporting of forward looking inventory projections and proactive communication of supply issues to the merchandising, planning and finance teams. This position is to ensure the right information is made available to merchandising, finance, and planning as a way to give visibility to inventory health as it relates to the performance of each business channel.
This teammate will work closely with regional merchandising, planning and operations teams to track product risk and opportunity, key programs and initiatives. This teammate will be responsible for reporting fill rates by product category, floor set, and season and doing root cause analysis on service level disruptions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other analytic duties may be assigned.
? Manage execution and communication of service levels reports by product group and account by the merchandising floor set directive and season. These reports will be used in weekly Inventory meetings and monthly S&OP process to be reviewed by executives.
? Work with Supply Chain Operations (headquarters) to ensure purchase order service levels.
? Deliver accurate purchase order fill rate reports on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis
? Communicate the supply chain risks and opportunities across within the Greater China team, and partner with the finance / merchandising / planning teams to help them quantify these for their individual business channels.
? Partner with international Supply Chain Operations and regional logistics for weekly vendor on time delivery meetings to translate movements in vendor service to movements in actual customer order service.
? Support the planning & merchandising teams to identify key programs for each season to help the supply chain organization focus and track.
? Serve as liaison to IT Team to manage Supply Chain reporting initiatives and coordinate development and testing of reports.
o Ensure data accuracy and consistency Identify new and evolving reporting needs and create solutions with the BI team accordingly
Education/Experience/Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. ? Bachelor’s Degree
? 1-3 years’ work experience in an analytical setting
? Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups etc.) and all Microsoft applications
? BW, SAP and/or Business One experience a plus
