ROLE PURPOSE
The position is responsible for providing regional marketing supports to sales & dealers.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Implement company and brands’ guidance and marketing plan in Northern China market
? Liaise with Marketing team in the headquarter to ensure that all marketing activities in the region are consistent with brand guidelines and appropriately adapted to the local markets;
? Understand and manage all jobs according to company SOP and
? Plan and support regional marketing activities; Promotion, Roadshow, brand training;
? Manage advertising, media, research and other brand marketing activities in the region;
? Help Sales & dealers to set up annual media plan of the Region to maximize media exposure
? Manage design request from Dealer with Headquarter
? Control and assist Sales & dealers for POS design; Decoration status…
? Evaluate the result/efficiency of regional marketing activities;
? Collaborate with and support Marketing team in broader initiatives such as company conferences;
? Attend Monthly marketing meetings and submit to-do status & monthly marketing reports

? Bachelor degree in Marketing or related
? Good English skills both oral and written
? Familiar with PC applications, include word, excel, ppt, etc..
Skills:
? Formal Marketing experience >3 years
? Willingness to learn and potential of development
? Creative, Self-motivated
? Good communication skills
? Strong sense of ownership and initiative
? Team spirit
? Well-organized, attentive to details
