职位描述：

*Key Job Accountabilities 主要职责:

General Direction of Operations (DGO) of L'Oreal Group is looking for an innovative, collaborative and passionate professional to become. The position reports to WW Director of Complex plastic components (based in Paris), reporting to WW Director for Packaging Procurement.
· Responsibility: World, cross-divisional (all make-up brands)
· Global market analysis on Lip-stick components
· Management over the global suppliers
· Analysis of the needs within the category on the global level and on behalf of all make-up brands of the Group
· Build the road map with key projects
· Follow the implementation of the key projects
· Leadership over the regional category managers
· Communicate the strategy to the stake holders (countries / zones, brands, suppliers)
· Animate the supplier relationship for the local supplier : Target business development, improvement of the performance of the supplier (competitiveness, Supply, Quality, Sustainability, innovation)
· Catch the innovation from the supplier market


*Preferred Candidate Profile 对候选者要求:

· Solid experience in Packaging / Plastics Procurement
· Experience in procurement for make-up (complex plastic pieces, finished goods) will be an advantage
· Experience in procurement category management (having experience of managing a category and its suppliers from the STRATEGIC point of view)
· Advanced analytical skills (Excel, Power Point)
· Strong communication skills
· Passion for innovation
· Multitasking
· Ability to work in multifunctional teams
· Ambition to grow within a multinational company and a market leader
· Fluency in English
· Mandarin: intermediate or above
