MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1Ensure customer satisfaction: supervise day to day activities, manage Customer demand, define adequate Production Plan, organize efficient in house Logistics, and ensure consistent Materials planning to Suppliers as well as coordinating new project introduction and Engineering Change Request.

2Monitor logistics processes: supervise day to day activities, prepare and propose the Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) to the plant management committee, assure the responsibility of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) with Production managers, improve & enhance performance and relationships of suppliers and logistics partners. 监控物流过程：监控日常的物流运营事务，准备并向工厂管理层提出S&OP计划草案，与生产经理共同确保主生产计划的执行，提高工作绩效以及维护和供应商的关系

3Manage PC&L Compliance to Customer Logistics Evaluation (MMOG, LOPA, S.D.A.M, ISO TS16949)

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
1From Bachelor degree to Master Degree in Supply Chain/ Produc-tion/Engineering or any other relevant industrial field

2Minimum 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment

Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China and other areas of Asia. At moment, Autoneum have three wholly owned plants in Chongqing, Taicang and Shenyang, as well as two JVs in Guangzhou and Tianjin.
